Job Description
We are on the lookout for a motivated individual to manage our fuel station operations, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the fuel pump.
- Oversee fuel staff and monitor shift activities.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the station.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and report daily sales figures.
Requirements:
- Experience in fuel stations or retail environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated responsibility, initiative, and professionalism.
