Job Description
Power Highway seeks a full-time, in-person Floor Supervisor to ensure an organized display floor and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting products, meeting primary and secondary sales targets, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Marketing or Sales Executive
- Working knowledge of quotation systems, basic IT skills, strong analytical ability, and effective English communication
- Retail floor operations experience and the ability to lead by example are a plus
