Job Description
Overview: To ensure the implementation of Food Safety program on site according to PI guidelines. Develop site capability through training and engagement in Food Safety activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure readiness for annual unannounced AIB Audit
- Implement FSS 2200 program and crises management
- Coordinate activities for site Food Safety program
- Arrange sampling and testing
- Effective involvement in site maintenance
- Conduct food safety risk assessments
- Lead pest management program
- Coordinate with approved sanitation suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Agriculture (Food Technology)
- Microbiological knowledge
- 5 years experience in FMCG
- Results driven, Takes initiatives, Team Player
- Communication and Facilitation Skills
