Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Waiter located in Lahore District. The Club Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons, setting up and maintaining tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests. The Club Waiter will also work with other staff members to keep the venue clean and organized.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
- Has 1+ years of experience as a waiter or server in the food and beverage industry
- Has exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Is able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Is able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Is able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Is able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
