Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist. The Food Technologist will be responsible for sensory evaluation, food technology, laboratory skills, quality control, research and development (R&D) in the production of food products. Food Technologist must have at least 3-4 years experience in the production of foods that include canned foods, pickles, sauces, and chutneys.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sensory Evaluation and Food Technology
- Strong Laboratory Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and techniques
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
- 3-4 years experience in the food industry needed
- Strong communication skills
