Job Description

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist at Indust Ketchup and Sauces Private Limited Badin, located in Badin, Pakistan. The Food Technologist will be responsible for researching and developing new food products, improving existing products, and ensuring that all food products meet quality and regulatory requirements. The Food Technologist will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensure cost-effective procurement, and manage product development projects from ideation to commercialization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in food product development and/or food manufacturing
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and quality standards
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with statistical analysis software is preferred
- Certifications in HACCP, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality control methodologies are highly desirable
