As an FP&A Business Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within our organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial information, as well as preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization. You will also be involved in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure effective resource allocation and achievement of financial goals. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in financial data analysis, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills are also essential.
