Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant – Data Entry Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring accurate and efficient data management, email marketing, and CRM management.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data with high accuracy and efficiency into various systems and spreadsheets
- Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Provide virtual support to clients, including email management, calendar organization, and task management
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
