DM Flows is seeking a dedicated MTO in Business Development (Freelance Channel Specialist) to optimize our freelance channels, primarily Upwork and Freelancer. This role is essential for driving revenue growth by identifying valuable job opportunities and streamlining lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and apply to relevant jobs on freelance platforms.
- Source and qualify high-potential leads.
- Transition leads to Executive BD for closure.
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements.
