Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a freelance Technical Recruiter with expertise in Shipping and Port Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process of qualified technical candidates, ensuring a streamlined and cost-effective recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Human Resources is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sourcing technical profiles at the Mid to Senior level.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.
This is a remote freelance position.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
