Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Rawalpindi is for Freelance Bidders at Work-Nix Solutions. As a Freelance Bidder, you’ll prepare and submit proposals for freelance projects, including identifying suitable projects, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Strong communication and negotiation skills are vital.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Freelance Bidder
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client requirements
- Proficiency in freelancing platforms
- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous industry/domain experience is a plus
