Job Description
The position of Freight Coordinator involves overseeing the transportation of goods from one place to another efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, tracking delivery progress, and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation.
Key duties include communicating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery, managing documentation and customs clearance procedures, and optimizing transportation costs.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred for this role.
