The Throne Chasers SMC-Private Limited is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Specialist in Operations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Cargo Operations: Oversee and manage end-to-end cargo operations, including coordinating with shipping lines, carriers, and other stakeholders.
2. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (BL), invoices, and other required paperwork.
3. Customs Clearance: Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
4. Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates on shipment status and addressing queries.
5. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with various vendors, including shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities, to ensure efficient logistics operations.
6. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
