Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking motivated Banking Helpline Agents to join our esteemed telecommunications company. This full-time position entails:
- Handling customer calls with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Efficiently addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Managing and updating customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, dependent on performance.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, along with at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Representative).
Location: Lahore (on-site).
