Job Description
Java HTS is excited to announce openings for confident and articulate Call Center Agents to join our team in Lahore for the morning shift. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage calls in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle customer calls with courtesy.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Requirements:
