Innovative Solutions is seeking a Front Desk & Admin Coordinator to join our team in DHA Phase 6, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain office records.
  • Support office staff with scheduling and event coordination.
