Job Description
A Front Desk Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and guests.
The main duties and responsibilities of a Front Desk Officer include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing and scheduling appointments and reservations
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
