Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our organization. As the Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience for visitors and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Assist with meeting room reservations and arrangements.
- Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory for the front desk.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing company events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with office security and access control procedures.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
