Job Description
Snskies Private Limited is looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the initial point of contact for our clients and visitors. This vital role demands exceptional communication skills and proficient management of front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming phone calls effectively.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and passes.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist in managing appointment schedules.
- Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
