Job Description
We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to join our team at tapmad. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations, including content calendaring and boardroom bookings. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Officer will greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and coordinate interview candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain a presentable front desk.
- Coordinate the content calendar with the team.
- Handle boardroom bookings and meeting arrangements.
- Assist with visitor inquiries and interview candidate coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency.
