Job Description
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Officer at The Hive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and serving as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. We are looking for someone who is reliable, customer-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests
- Schedule and manage facility tours, track walk-ins, scheduled tours, and send confirmation emails
- Follow-up and provide accurate and thorough information to potential clients
- Anticipate and fulfill client needs during their visit and establish rapport with customers
- Offer information about amenities, area, and venues, as well as promote services
- Assist the Community Associate in onboarding new clients
- Record guest information and requirements in the CRM system
- Prepare presentations and share relevant content with guests
- Perform any other tasks associated with ensuring the effective fulfillment of your role
What makes you the perfect fit?
- Proven experience as a concierge; previous experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident demeanor with a great deal of patience
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Aptitude for resolving issues with a customer-focused approach
- Degree in hotel management or a relevant field is a plus
