Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, managing office equipment, and handling general office administration.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience
- Experience in receptionist duties, such as answering phones and greeting visitors
- Proficiency in office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Experience in office administration, such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
