Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for the organization and the visitors. They will be responsible for providing receptionist duties such as answering incoming calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors. The Front Desk Officer will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing office equipment, and carrying out office administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Skills: ability to interact effectively with clients, coworkers, and visitors
  • Receptionist Duties: experience in managing incoming calls and emails, and greeting visitors
  • Customer Service: experience in providing excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and email
  • Office Equipment: experience in managing office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Office Administration: experience in carrying out office administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
