Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, phone calls, and emails.
- Manage the front desk area efficiently, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
- Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Relay messages and information accurately.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
- Maintain records and logs related to visitor entry, phone calls, and other front desk activities.
- Keep track of office supplies and initiate procurement when necessary.
- Address and resolve basic customer inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Report and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to support overall office functions.
- Assist in training and onboarding new front desk personnel if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially those related to front desk operations.
