Job Description
Job Summary:
The receptionist/front desk officer manages front desk operations, offers excellent customer service, and maintains a welcoming environment for visitors. This role includes administrative tasks, office coordination, and staff support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Maintain an organized front desk.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, or direct to appropriate staff.
- Perform clerical duties, data entry, and office supplies maintenance.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain a log.
- Ensure office security.
- Facilitate communication between departments.
- Support other admin tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of office equipment.
