Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting and hosting guests, organizing and distributing mail, and maintaining accurate records. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Sarai Alamgir Tehsil but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and Customer Service is preferred
- Clerical Skills such as data entry, scanning, and filing
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in English and Urdu, and other languages is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent, College credentials preferred but not required
