Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, providing customer service, and performing basic clerical duties. The Front Desk Receptionist will also be responsible for ensuring that the waiting area and reception desk are clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong receptionist duties, clerical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Experience in a healthcare or medical office is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
