We are looking for a talented and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service while handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, including clients and employees.
- Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain conference room reservations.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and handling mail or courier deliveries.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies and maintenance needs.
- Maintain visitor logs and records, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and welcoming manner, with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office.
- Organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
