Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Create automation playbooks based on account activity triggers.
- Lead Generation: Proactively source leads via multiple channels.
- Client Communication: Initiate contact, qualify leads, and nurture relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a strong understanding of services and industry trends.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Understand customer needs for informed offerings.
- Track, analyze, and report on account activity.
Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Support.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Handling projects/targets of $500 – $800 per month.
- Proficiency in IT, communications, automation, and learning new software tools.
