Job Description
We are looking for a Front Sales (Bark) to join our team at Blue Hawke. As a Front Sales in the design unit for the UK market, you’ll be a key player in driving our sales efforts and establishing solid connections with clients.
► Target: £5K to £7K
► Salary: Market Competitive + performance-based incentives
► Shift: 2pm to 10pm
Responsibilities:
► Act as the front-facing representative, engage with potential clients, and build strong relationships.
► Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
► Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
► Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
► Proven experience in sales (Bark) preferably in the Design and Development industry.
► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
► Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
► Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets.
► Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
