Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

  • Lead Generation:
    • Employ various channels, including cold calling and social strategies, to prospect and generate new leads.
    • Devise and implement creative strategies for targeting decision-makers of prospect accounts.
  • Product/Service Presentation:
    • Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to potential customers, showcasing their value and relevance.
    • Tailor product offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement creative strategies for targeting decision-makers to achieve company revenue objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  • Sales Process:
    • Negotiate and close sales deals with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    • Utilize strong negotiation and closing skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and expand customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights for business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of proven experience in Front Sales, preferably in an agency.
    • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Tech-savvy with familiarity in digital tools and technologies related to the industry.
    • Understanding of digital marketing, web development, design, and related services.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to business development.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and various sales techniques.
