Job Description
A Front Line Manager – Production is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the production team. They ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and deadlines are achieved efficiently.
The key responsibilities of a Front Line Manager – Production include:
- Managing and supervising the production team, including assigning duties and monitoring productivity levels.
- Ensuring that production processes are executed according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitoring and optimizing production efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintaining inventory levels, tracking production costs, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of production processes. A degree in production management or a related field is preferred.
