Job Description
We are seeking a skilled GPON Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our fiber optic network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with GPON technology, fiber optic cables, and network equipment.
Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure GPON equipment, including ONTs, WiFi Routers, and splitters
- Fiber cable Routing, Cable pulling, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of GPON types of equipment.
- Perform fiber splicing, termination, and testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Conduct site surveys and plan network deployments
- Collaborate with teams to ensure network reliability and uptime
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Requirements:
- DAE or equivalent in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in GPON or fiber optic network installation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of GPON technology and network protocols
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
