Job Description
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a senior developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Ideal Background:
- A minimum of 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong competencies in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES 7/8/9), and HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
- Strong competencies with front-end frameworks like React and back-end frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI
- Proven experience shipping a consumer-facing (b2b or b2c) solution from concept to production
- Production experience delivering RESTful APIs
- Production experience delivering modern responsive web front-ends
- Production experience with Docker
- Production experience with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Strong knowledge in database management systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Willingness to learn/hack other languages
- Production experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
