Job Description
A Functional Consultant is responsible for understanding clients’ business processes and requirements, and providing solutions to improve their operational efficiency. The consultant acts as a bridge between clients and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
The key responsibilities of a Functional Consultant include conducting analysis of current business processes, identifying gaps, and designing solutions to address them. They work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of the solutions.
In addition, Functional Consultants also provide support and training to clients, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of the implemented solutions. They may also be involved in conducting workshops and workshops to gather requirements and facilitate change management processes.
