Job Description
We seek a results-driven Fundraising Manager to lead donor strategy, cultivate major gifts, and diversify revenue streams. You will design and execute campaigns, manage grants and events, steward donors, and analyze fundraising performance to achieve organizational goals. The position demands strategic leadership, exemplary written and verbal communication, strong project management, and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
