Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep under constant review the functions, duties, and responsibilities of those reporting to him in order that these can be carried out effectively.
  • Overall supervision of the functioning of Administration, Transport, Industrial Relations, Security, Civil Works, Horticulture, Clinic, Club, and Fatima Fertilizer Education Society.
  • Control and supervision of all planning and scheduling activities related to the Management and non-Management employees of the Admin Department.
  • Deal with all Government and other departments on Company matters on behalf of the Management.
  • Administer expatriates visiting plant site, their protection police clearance, registration, and travel, stay arrangements.
  • Ensures safe, consistent, and efficient operation of his department and reduce downtime through better planning.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Having effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage a group of people.
  • Ability to identify and set objectives for the department.
  • Budget preparation.
  • Ability to ensure implementation of plans and company-approved procedures.
  • Awareness of predictive, preventive, and emergencies to be handled with proficiency.
  • Awareness of safety and security hazards and its eradication.
  • Able to maintain good coordination with other departments and customer satisfaction.
  • Full awareness of safety measures and controls, including housekeeping for a safe working environment.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Recently retired Army person (Brigadier)
  • Master’s Degree
