Our company is a CA category firm registered with PEC and operating in the Engineering & Construction industry.
Role Description:
We are currently seeking a General Manager for our office in Islamabad. This is a full-time on-site position. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of engineering and construction projects across various sectors. They will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Additionally, the General Manager will manage project teams, ensuring their motivation, productivity, and alignment towards common goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, with at least 10 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Availability to work on-site in Islamabad
