Job Description
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic planning, development, growth, and management of the organization in line with its vision, mission, and values.
- Perform general management duties ensuring the successful operations of the organization, including overseeing all departments.
- Assist the Board with the planning and execution of Objectives.
- Setting operational goals and procedures, designing workflow, and implementation and execution of programs and exhibitions.
- Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for the organization.
- Develop long-term connections beneficial for business growth.
- Oversee annual budget reviews, monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Ensure that financial goals are achieved, and operating expenses are within the budget approved by the board members.
- Develop a list of contacts of organizations, individuals, groups the organization can collaborate with to execute special programming.
- Develop collaborations with universities for education and learning, and knowledge exchange programs.
- Create proposals and oversee projects for CSR.
- Represent the organization and ensure its visibility at festivals, events, and forums in Pakistan through cultivating collaborations.
- Contribute to social media campaigns.
- Develop clear record-keeping procedures and user-friendly search systems.
- Design and digitize procedures for Administration and manage its efficient running.
- Oversee Digital Processes for HR and manage its efficient running.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Social Sciences/Fine Arts / Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
