Job Description
Sharmeen Group is seeking a highly qualified General Manager Operations to lead our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any respective field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Manager in a manufacturing company.
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, controlling costs, and enforcing safety and compliance standards while effectively managing the workforce.
