Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies for growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a professional team to achieve company objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee operational activities including logistics, transportation, and terminals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Analyze market trends to make informed decisions and stay competitive
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in NVOCC or Shipping Container Line
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management)
Salary: PKR 250,00 – 300,00 per month
