Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies for growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a professional team to achieve company objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee operational activities including logistics, transportation, and terminals
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Analyze market trends to make informed decisions and stay competitive

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in NVOCC or Shipping Container Line
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management)

Salary: PKR 250,00 – 300,00 per month
