Job Description

Role Description

This is a Full Time On-Site role located in Karachi Division, offered by HR Navigator. As the General Manager Procurement, you will be responsible for overseeing our company’s purchasing operations. This includes ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services, as well as leading procurement teams. Your role also involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating with vendors, and driving continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement strategy development, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, and inventory management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with procurement software and tools
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
