Job Description
Our Client is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan, currently seeking a highly skilled individual for the position of General Manager Production for their manufacturing plant in Karachi.
- Qualification: Pharm-D / B-Pharmacy.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical production within a reputable pharmaceutical company.
- Skills: Excellent communication, planning, and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
- To plan and organize pharmaceutical production, manufacturing, and packaging (OSD / Liquid / Semi Solid).
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Optimize plant capacities and resource utilization.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
