Job Description
Our company, Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee our Project and Construction department. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects and construction activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading the project and construction team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and architects, to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during projects.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
