Job Description
Indigo Developers seeks a full-time, in-person General Services Officer (Night Shift) to act as the primary point of contact for guests. The role includes managing check-ins and check-outs, handling calls, messages, and reservations, and coordinating with departments to resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain a tidy, secure front desk and accurate records
- Provide guest updates and prepare daily reports
- Support administrative and scheduling tasks while upholding hospitality standards
Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. Candidates must deliver courteous, efficient, and consistent service at all times.
