Job Description:
The Branch Supervisor leads operations in a branch (i.e., Regional Transportation Center). He/She is responsible for developing the operations function, managing budgets and finance, managing customer service and account management, supporting business development, and ensuring compliance (i.e., legal, regulatory, and policy). The Branch Manager level is dependent on the scope of products offered in the branch, revenue, and number of employees. This position oversees various supervisors within the department.
