Job Description
Agrius IT is seeking a Global Help Desk Manager to lead a dedicated team of technicians across multiple time zones. You will oversee help desk operations, ensuring prompt issue resolution and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Key responsibilities include managing the ticketing system, collaborating with IT teams, and supervising global IT asset management. You will also coach team members and develop IT support policies.
