Job Description
As a Global Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our global clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing service operations, managing service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery processes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and expectations. This involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring service performance metrics, and identifying areas for enhancement.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in service management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
