Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team consisting of Mechanical, Process, Electrical, Instrument, and Civil Project professionals.
- Oversee and manage the engineering aspects of business sustenance, growth, and diversification projects from Concept through Final Investment Decision (FID).
- Ensure resource availability and effective utilization of human capital, engineering tools, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure inherent safety in design.
- Identify and implement measures for efficiency, productivity, and quality improvement.
Technical Skills:
- Conduct Conceptual, Techno-Economic, and FEED (Front End Engineering & Design) Studies.
- Hands-on experience in equipment design and selection aligned with Codes and standards.
- Hands-on experience in simulation and modeling of equipment and processes.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the petrochemical, refinery, and oil & gas sector with at least 2 years in a lead engineering role.
- Experience in Project Management and FEED studies.
- Experience in Technical and Contracting aspects of Project Management.
Education:
- Bachelors of Engineering degree.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Professional certifications in simulation, cost, or process safety from an accredited institute.
