Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM
- Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks
- Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs
- Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality
- Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required
- Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus
- Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility
- Leadership or management experience is desirable
Internet Requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps
